  • Start your day with a glas of fresh lemonwater. Drink at least 2 l of water /day. Drink 2 cups of green tea/day. Drink kombucha. Make a green smoothie with spirulina
  • Eat more fruit, berries and veg. Eat a balanced diet. Need supplements? B12 maybe.
  • Do yoga, pranayama and, meditation in a clean place

  • Don´t harm or hurt yourself with…
  • Stress, smoking, to much sun or to much alcohol, proceesed food, sugar, and white flour.
  • And don´t hurt others.
  • Don´t judge yourself, you are never wrong. Sometimes your choices might be wrong, but never YOU.

SATAYA – TO BE TRUE

  • Be true and honest to your choices and values, no one else can descide them for you. It´s your life, your choices.

ASTEYA – NOT TO STEAL

  • Let go of things and, persons who don´t give good energy.
  • Also to be content with things that gets you in a honest and fair way.

BRAHMACHARYA - SELFCONTROLL

  • Sometimes we have to tell ourself to not waste our time on things that in the long may not be important. Take control and do things that benefits you.

APARIGRAHA – NOT TO BE GREEDY

  • Less is more!
  • Clean out old products, old clothes, old shoes. Clothes and shoes you might give to charity.
