21 DAYS & 21 ASANAS

Maxwell Maltz, a plastic surgeon published a book in the early sixties based on his observations of how long it took his patiens to adjust to there new faces. And that took 21 days. If it´s true or not that 21 days can make a new habit to last is more than one thought of today. Some says it even takes 66 days. We will stick with the 21 days, for now. We will follow the same yoga program for 21 days ( always in Ashtanga ). This is to make it easier for you to make observations of what happens with your body and mind, to feel and see the transformations. And for you to know exactly what to do.
